Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service. Please make sure to include the following with your return:

  • A copy of your invoice (or the invoice number)

  • A brief note explaining the reason for the return

Exclusions

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order propshafts

  • Items that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging or in a non-resalable condition

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through our online shop can be cancelled prior to dispatch, provided we receive adequate notice.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and provide your order number so we can process the request quickly.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the goods in line with our Returns Policy.

Warranty

All of our items are supplied with a 12-month parts warranty. Please note this covers the part only and does not include labour or fitting costs.

If your item develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, you will need to return it to us along with proof of purchase (order number or invoice number). This ensures we can trace the original order and process your claim efficiently.

Once we have received the item, our technicians will inspect it to confirm the fault:

  • If the part can be repaired, we will carry out the repair under warranty.

  • If the part is beyond repair, we will provide either a replacement part or a refund.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot send out replacement items until the faulty part has been returned and assessed.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or misuse of the part

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or modification

  • Labour, fitting, or recovery costs

  • Parts that have been altered or tampered with after purchase
