If you are purchasing a vehicle part from us it is important that unless you know for sure that the part will fit, that you send us your vehicle registration or VIN number before purchasing. This will ensure you are receving the correct part and save on you having to return the part back to us.

Any Items purchased without sending a Vehicle REG or VIN that are not correct will be returned by the customer at their cost. Should we send the wrong part having had your details then we will arrange a return.

We recommend that you employ a skilled mechanic or propshaft specialist to fit our items.

If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched the same day if received before 12pm, Please allow extra time during Bank Holidays. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you with an expected dispatch date.

Please be aware that we can not guarantee next day delivery, we use a next day service however at the moment with the high volume of parcels through the courier networks all couriers have said they can not guarantee next day delivery. We understand this is frustrating when you require your parcels quickly but ask that you bear this in mind when you are ordering.

It would be appreciated when you place an order that you give an alternative neighbours address or a safe place so that we can add this to the consignment to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We only provide tracking information if an item has been sent with a courier or a tracked and signed for item with Royal mail, we do not send tracking details for items sent by 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail.

All our current products and prices are clearly advertised on our site. We reserve the right to change or amend our prices without notice.

VAT

All prices including delivery prices are shown including VAT at the current VAT rate.

A VAT invoice is sent with every order.

Returns & Warranty

Returns Policy

Our 30-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, we will issue a refund.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to track any returns.When returning any item, make sure you include a copy of the invoice or invoice number and a note explaining the reason for return, without this we may reject the return.

Cancellation Policy

An order placed through our on-line shop can be cancelled if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Warranty

All our items come with a 12 month parts warranty, please note this is a parts warranty only, if your item fails within 12 months, we will require you to return it to us, we will need proof of purchase, ebay order number or invoice number. This will ensure we can track down the original order.

Once we have received the item back we will check it for faults, should it be that the item can be repaired then we will do this, however if the item is beyond repair we will issue you with a new item or refund.

Please note we will not be able to swap faulty items without having the item back first.
